Our Commitment At Nature Explorer Club we stand behind the quality of every book. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Damaged or Defective Items If your book arrives damaged or with print quality issues we will replace it at no cost to you. Simply email rey@natureexplorerclub.com within 30 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged item
We will arrange a free replacement immediately.
Wrong Item Received If you receive the wrong book we will send the correct one immediately at no charge.
Print on Demand Policy Our books are printed on demand specifically for each order. For this reason we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases. This is standard practice for custom printed products.
